Very excited to announce the start of our new Sport Taekwondo class this week! The class will be on every Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30pm at Ystradowen village hall and is for students aged 10 years + (will need full sparring kit) Our new Sport Taekwondo sessions aim to promote strong sparring skills as well as high levels of fitness and intends to help young Taekwondo athletes develop a healthy competitive mindset. The Sport Taekwondo Program is designed to be a little more intense than regular class with a focus on cardio training and technical development and will include:           - Strength and conditioning routines           - Ring craft/sparring drills and tactics           - Scored matches           - Competitive sparring (higher grades) The new class is £4/session to cover for Hall fees and extra instruction.
