LATEST NEWS

Image
Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well and wanted to give you a quick update on our Taekwondo classes. I have organised our return to class in Porthcawl for Tuesday 15th of September. There will be slight changes to the timetable but the Y Centre is happy for us to start back. Not long to wait now so that’s amazing news! I am still waiting on Cowbridge leisure centre to get back to me but hopefully we will also be able to start back mid September. I will have our new timetables and training protocol ready for next week and will update you all again as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions and remember that we have tons of lessons, patterns and workout videos on the website for practice while we’re off training. Stay busy 😊💪 I am looking forward to seeing you all in class soon. Thank you Neil
