Well done to everyone who took part in the excellent Inner Spirit Goodwill Tournament on the 21st of April! The competition was a huge success with more than a 100 competitors from all the Inner Spirit Taekwondo schools. All the students from Cowbridge showed a lot of skills and fought really hard, some of them in their first competition to date. Everybody improved their game and I was very please to see all of the young competitors getting some experience for future tournaments. A special mention to Ben Sutton who came First in a very strong Lightweight division!!! A big thank you to Joseph Schembri and Brian Taylor for organising such a great event! The 2013 T.A.G.B. Taekwondo Welsh Open Championships will be held at University of Wales Institute Cardiff, on the 19th of May 2013. University of Wales Institute Cardiff Cyncoed Campus Cyncoed Road Cardiff CF23 6XD 9.30am Start. All competitors may only wear standard white T.A.G.B. doboks, the most recent national doboks or T.A.G.B. Tiger Dobok. (No club doboks)   Please give your form and competition fees to your instructor before the closing date on Friday the 3rd of May.
