The T.A.G.B. British Championships 2013 will be on the 24th of November and will take place at UWIC, Cardiff. Address: University of Wales Institute Cardiff, Cyncoed Road, CF23 6XD Cardiff. All entry forms to be in by the 4th of November please. Start time will be 9am. COMPETITORS All competitors may only wear standard white T.A.G.B. doboks or the most recent national doboks (No club doboks). Please contact me for more infos.

Mr Schembri and I have just come back from a fantastic training camp in Thailand! We trained twice a day for over 10 days with sessions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu every morning and Muay Thai in the afternoon. It was very hard at times to do 2 long sessions a day and the heat made it even more difficult but I have realised a dream to finally train with some amazing Thai Coaches and Instructors and some amazing grapplers from all over the World. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions took place at Tiger Muay Thai & MMA training Camp under Brazilian Instructor Fernando Maccachero who is a 4th degree Black Belt in BJJ and Coach of the Brazilian Top Team Phuket. It was a fantastic experience and honor to train under Professor Fernando and I learnt a lot in a short amount of time!
