To all Cowbridge/Ystradowen students: Please note that we will have a slightly different timetable for our summertime classes.  Starting from Monday 20th July and until the start of our summer break on Friday 14th August, I will mix the intermediate and advanced classes.  Green belts to Black belts will be in the same session from 16:45 to 17:45 (1 hour class) on Mondays and Fridays.  (No changes to the beginners session)  All classes will resume normal times when we start back on the 4th of September.  Thanks

IMPORTANT MEMBERS NOTICE Membership Fee Adjustment Effective 1st September 2026 Dear Students and Members, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that, effective from 1st September 2026, there will be a modest adjustment to our monthly membership fees. Over recent years, we have experienced substantial increases in operating costs, including venue hire charges, insurance, equipment, and other essential expenses.  While NGTKD has absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible, it has now become necessary to make an adjustment to ensure the continued quality and sustainability of our clubs. Our last membership fee increase was in September 2023, and this is the first change in nearly three years. This decision has not been taken lightly.
