Amazing couple of seminars from Master Lockyer in the last few days. Great concepts and ideas on how to improve speed, core strength and kicking ability in sparring! Well done to all students who took part, this was an amazing opportunity to train with a living legend of our sport!        

Mr Joseph Schembri is hosting an Olympic style Taekwondo & fitness seminar with Master Rodney Lockyer, 7th degree Taekwondo Black Belt from Australia!  Master Lockyer is travelling to Europe over the next few weeks so this is a great opportunity to train and gain knowledge from one of the best!
