CHRISTMAS BREAK 2022

With the Christmas school holidays coming, we will have a break from training between the 19th of December 2022 and the 4th of January 2023.

Therefore, our last training day will be:

Porthcawl: Thursday 15th December 2022

Cowbridge: Friday 16th of December 2022 

All classes will start back from Thursday 5th of January 2023 (usual times).
