With the Christmas school holidays coming, we will have a break from training between the 16th of December 2021 and the 7th of January 2022.
Therefore, our last training day will be:
Porthcawl: Tuesday 14th December 2021
Cowbridge: Wednesday 15th of December 2021 (extra class for Cowbridge students )
GROUP 1: White belts to Green belts - 16:00 to 16:45.
GROUP 2: Blue stripes to Black Belts - 17:00 to 17:45.
All classes will start back from Monday 10th of January 2022 (usual times).
