Well done to all the students who took part in the Welsh Open Championships on Sunday 19th of May. The competition was again a huge success, with competitors coming from all over the UK to take part in one of the best National tournaments of the year.
Congratulations to all the boys from Cowbridge, some of them competing for the first time!
A special mention to Ben Sutton who took Bronze in a packed division, only losing in the semi-finals. Liam Sloan also took Bronze in his first competition as a cadet in a very tough Black Belt division!
Well done to all who competed, fought brilliantly and represented the Cowbridge club very well. Everybody showed a lot of heart and determination on the day and will definitely benefit from the experience!
