A small group of competitors from the Cowbridge Innerspirit Taekwondo school took part in the Welsh Closed Championships on Sunday the 4th of December in Newport.Everybody did really well and fought hard in the last tournament of the year.
Rhydian Williams took gold in his division just after getting a bronze medal last week at the British Championships!
Hannah Sloan also took gold in her first competition and fought extremely well.
Harvey Stockford and Liam Sloan fought hard to take bronze in their division.
Jacob Seamark, Iestyn Owen and Arthur Short also fought hard and represented the club very well.
