The T.A.G.B. English Championships will be held on SUNDAY 16th March 2014 Worcester Arena Hylton Road Worcester WR2 5JN COMPETITORS: All competitors to arrive by 9.00 a.m. All competitors may only wear standard white TAGB doboks, the most recent national doboks or TAGB Tiger Dobok. (No club doboks) Please give your form and competition fees to your instructor before the closing date on Wednesday the 5th of March.

Congratulations to all who attented the grading on the 4th of December! This was our last grading of the year and over 100 students were graded by Master Peros at his new Taekwondo academy in Cardiff. Well done for the excellent results and keep up the hard work!    

Congratulations to all the Cowbridge students who took part in the T.A.G.B. British Championships yesterday in Cardiff! A very good display of skills from everyone competing in patterns and sparring! A special mention goes to Yvie Williams who won a Bronze medal in her first competition to date! Well done Yvie and everyone else who gave their best on the day!
